OUTREACH PROGRAM FOR THOSE WITH SPECIAL NEEDS

• Founded the Miwok Livery Outreach in 1994, later called the Miwok Stables Center, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization
• Provide riding programs to members of the community with special needs who benefit from the therapy of interacting with horses.

LINDA RUBIO “MAKING DREAMS COME TRUE” SCHOLARSHIP FUND.

• In 2021 Linda founded the Linda Rubio “Making Dreams Come True” Scholarship fund with the non-profit Marin Horse Council, providing riding lessons and programs to children who could not otherwise afford them. Linda teaches many of these classes.
